From the first home visit to the finished garment, the timeline is fifteen to twenty-five days — the construction you choose changes it. Everything else happens at your door.
Conversation
An hour at your home or office. What you need the garment for, where you'll wear it, how you actually stand. No assumptions about what you should want.
Measurement
Thirty-plus points on the body, plus posture observations. The differences between your right and left shoulders that off-the-rack ignores.
Cloth and details
We bring cloth books — Indian weaves through to European mills, lightweight through to winter flannel. You pick the cloth, the lapel, the lining, the buttons, the construction tier.
Cut and crafted
The pattern is drawn from your measurements alone — not from a template. Our master tailors in our Delhi atelier cut and stitch the garment from the ground up.
Trial at home
We bring the garment back to you in basted form. Chalk on cloth. We mark every adjustment the body asks for. This is the appointment that decides whether the suit fits or just nearly fits.
Delivery
Pressed, finished, delivered to your door in two to four weeks total — depending on the construction you chose. Any final adjustments made on the spot.

The price difference comes from two things — first the construction, then the cloth you choose. Same cut, same fit, same hands across all three tiers. The construction decides what's inside the jacket — how it sits over the years, how long it takes to build, and where the starting price lands.
The Fused
A fused interlining gives the jacket its shape. Clean, light, perfectly suited to daily wear and warm weather.

Half-canvas
A floating canvas in the chest and lapels. The jacket moves with the wearer rather than against him. The balance most clients land on.

Full-canvas

What's in the starting price. Every figure above is all-in for that tier — the stitching and the fabric, made to your measurements, delivered to your door. The starting fabric is a TR blend (Terylene with Rayon) or one of our house cottons — a hardwearing, easy-care daily cloth that holds its shape and travels well.
What moves the price up. The cloth does. Wool blends sit a step above TR. Pure wools sit above wool blends. Branded European mill cloths — Drago, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Albini, Holland & Sherry, and others when the garment calls for them — sit at the top. The construction tier doesn't change the price beyond the starting figure; only the cloth does.
No home-visit fee. We come to you because that's how this house works, not as an extra. The price you confirm at the consultation is the final number — no hidden charges, no shipping costs within India, nothing added at delivery.

The cloth is the bit of the suit you feel against your skin every day, so it should feel right. We work with a wide library: TR blends and cottons for everyday wear, wool blends for the year-round options, pure wools for the suits you'll keep for years, linens and cotton-linen blends for the warm months, and branded European mill fabrics when the garment really asks for them.
You don't have to spend top-tier money for a suit that does its job well. You just need the right cloth for what you'll wear it for. The job of the consultation is to help you pick that — no pressure to go up, no upselling.
