All-in. Honestly explained.
Every figure on this page is the full price — the stitching and the fabric, made to your measurements, delivered to your door. The cloth you choose is the only thing that moves the number.
Indian buyers ask the same questions.
Answered before you ask them.
Is the fabric extra? Is there a home-visit charge? Will the final number look anything like the one you're reading?
Every starting price below is all-in — stitching, fabric, home visit, fitting, delivery. The cloth you choose at the consultation is what moves the number. Better cloth, higher price, in clearly explained tiers. Nothing added at the end.
✓ All-in starting prices
Stitching, fabric, home visit, trial fitting, delivery — all in the number you see.
✓ Cloth is the variable
Better cloth costs more. Lower cloth costs less. The construction tier is fixed.
✓ No add-on charges
No home-visit fee. No fitting fee. No delivery charge within India. Nothing added at the end.
Stitching and fabric.
These are the prices you start at if we make the garment in our house cloth — a TR blend (Terylene with Rayon) or one of our house cottons. Hardwearing, easy-care, daily-wear fabrics that travel well and hold their shape. Move up the fabric ladder below to see how the price changes.

What moves the price up.
Cloth is the only thing that moves the price from here. Exact cloth prices are confirmed at the consultation, where you'll see and feel the fabric before you commit.
House cloth
TR blends (Terylene with Rayon) and our house cottons. Hardwearing, easy-care, daily wear. What every starting price above includes.
Wool blends
Wool mixed with polyester, viscose, or cotton. Better drape than pure synthetics, more comfortable through Indian seasons, holds a press well.
Pure wools
100% worsted wool, mostly from mid-tier European mills. Breathable, ages well, the cloth most well-made daily suits are cut from.
Branded mill cloths
Drago, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Albini, Holland & Sherry, Thomas Mason and similar. European weavers with long histories. For garments that need to do that work.
Cloth prices vary by mill, weight, and weave. The final cloth cost is calculated at the consultation and added to your starting price.

The questions people actually ask.
Yes. Every all-in starting price covers the stitching, the cloth, the home visit, the trial fitting, and final delivery within India. The cloth at the starting price is our house TR blend or house cotton. If you want a better cloth, you pay only the difference for that cloth.
No. Coming to your home or office is the service, not an add-on. In Mumbai, Delhi NCR, or Bangalore, the consultation, measurement, trial fitting, and final delivery all happen at your door at no extra cost.
Half the agreed amount on confirmation. The remaining half on final delivery, after you've tried the finished garment. UPI, bank transfer, and cash are all accepted.
Yes. The most popular tier we make is the half-canvas in a wool blend — roughly ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 all-in. A proper suit, made to your measurements, with a floating canvas in the chest that gives it shape. The fused tier at ₹18,000 is also a real bespoke suit — we'd rather you have a well-fitting fused suit than no suit at all.
Yes. We carry twelve to fifteen cloth books on the home visit, covering every tier from house TR to branded mill fabrics. For clients outside our service cities, we can post a swatch pack of your shortlisted fabrics before the order is finalised.
The trial fitting before final delivery is where we get the fit right; that's included. After delivery, minor alterations within the first year are covered at no cost. Major alterations or wear-and-tear after the first year are quoted separately.
Yes. For bespoke, we'll arrange measurement in person on a future India visit, or via a detailed measurement form with photo references. Final garment ships at cost — we'll quote based on destination. The Shop offers worldwide shipping calculated at checkout.
Off-the-rack is cut from a standard pattern in factories with most of the work done by machine. Bespoke is cut from a pattern made from your measurements alone, by master tailors, with significant hand work. The fit is for your body, the cloth is your choice, and the suit lasts longer because it's built to.
Tell us at the consultation. We're a small house and can sometimes work outside the published structure — a multi-garment commission, a wedding party, a corporate order, an unusual cloth. The published prices are the standard; the conversation is where the exceptions get worked out.
