No, we do not operate a physical store or showroom. Turn & River Bespoke is designed as a fully at-home service. Our master tailors visit you at your home or office at a time that suits you, bringing fabric swatches, style catalogues, and all measurement tools with them. This eliminates the need to travel to a store or wait in queues. The convenience of an in-home experience also allows us to better understand your wardrobe needs and personal style in a relaxed environment. Simply book an appointment and we come to you.

We currently serve three major metropolitan areas in India. In Mumbai, we cover all suburbs, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. In Delhi NCR, we serve Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. In Bangalore, we cover all areas across the city. Our tailors travel to your home or office anywhere within these regions at no extra charge. If you are located outside these cities, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, absolutely. Turn & River Bespoke creates custom garments for both men and women. Every garment is cut and constructed to your individual measurements, ensuring a flattering and comfortable fit regardless of body type. Browse our full range of offerings on the customization page.

The Process

Our process is simple and entirely at-home. It begins when you book a consultation — our tailor visits you at your preferred location to discuss your requirements, take precise body measurements, and help you select fabrics and styling details. Your garment is then handcrafted in our workshop. Once ready, we return for a trial fitting at your home so you can try the garment on and we can note any adjustments needed. After the final tweaks are made, we deliver the finished piece to your doorstep. The entire journey is designed for your comfort and convenience. See the full breakdown on our process page.

From the first consultation to final delivery, the entire process typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. After your initial appointment, your garment is crafted in our workshop over roughly 7 to 10 days before we schedule a trial fitting at your home. Following the trial, any necessary adjustments are completed and the finished garment is delivered to you. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order and fabric availability. If you have an upcoming event with a specific deadline, let us know and we will work to accommodate your schedule.

A standard bespoke order involves two in-person visits. The first is the initial consultation where we take your measurements, discuss styling, and help you choose your fabric. The second is the trial fitting, where you try on the partially constructed garment so we can verify the fit and make any adjustments. In most cases, these two visits are sufficient. However, for particularly complex garments or if significant alterations are needed after the trial, an additional fitting may be arranged. Every visit takes place at your home or office, so there is no inconvenience to you.

During the first consultation, our tailor visits your home or office and walks you through the entire bespoke experience. We start by understanding the occasion and your style preferences — lapel shape, pocket style, button stance, lining, and every detail that makes a garment truly yours. We then take over 25 precise body measurements to ensure a perfect fit. You also get to see and feel our range of premium fabrics — from TR blends and wool blends to pure wool and linen — so you can choose the material that best suits your needs. The consultation typically takes around 45 to 60 minutes and there is no obligation to commit on the spot. Explore all the details you can customise on our customization page.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for a bespoke suit varies based on several factors, including the fabric you select, the type of construction (fused, half canvas, or full canvas), and the level of customisation involved. Because every garment is made to order with your specific choices, we provide personalised quotes rather than a fixed price list. This ensures you get exactly what you want within your budget. To receive a detailed quote tailored to your preferences, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp at +91 98926 59707 or email us at turnandrivrbespoke@gmail.com.

We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience, including UPI, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is typically split into two parts — an advance at the time of order confirmation and the balance upon final delivery. This structure ensures transparency and gives you the confidence that you are fully satisfied with the finished garment before completing payment. If you have any specific payment-related questions, feel free to discuss them with your tailor during the consultation or contact us directly.

No, there is absolutely no extra charge for our home visits. The at-home experience is a core part of the Turn & River Bespoke service, not an add-on. Whether it is the initial consultation, the trial fitting, or the final delivery, every visit to your home or office is included as part of the tailoring service. We believe that bespoke tailoring should be effortless and comfortable, and that means coming to you at no additional cost across all the cities we serve — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bangalore.

Fabrics & Construction

We offer a curated selection of premium fabrics suited to the Indian climate and international standards of tailoring. Our range includes TR Blends (Terylene-Rayon) for everyday versatility, Wool Blends for a balance of comfort and structure, Pure Wool for the finest suiting experience, and Linen for breathable warm-weather garments. Each fabric is available in a wide variety of colours, patterns, and weights. During your home consultation, our tailor brings fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before making your choice. Learn more about our fabrics on the fabrics page.

These terms refer to the internal structure of a suit jacket, which significantly affects its drape, durability, and how it moulds to your body over time. A fused construction uses adhesive interlining bonded to the fabric — it is the most accessible option and works well for lighter, everyday wear. Half canvas uses a floating canvas in the chest and lapels while the lower half is fused, offering a superior drape and a more natural shape. Full canvas features a hand-stitched canvas layer throughout the entire jacket, providing the best drape, breathability, and longevity — it is the gold standard of bespoke tailoring. We offer all three options so you can choose based on your preferences and budget. Explore the details on our anatomy of a suit page.

Yes, you are welcome to provide your own fabric. If you have a special material that you would like us to work with — perhaps purchased abroad or from a specific mill — our tailors can assess the fabric during the consultation to ensure it is suitable for the garment you have in mind. We will advise you on the required yardage and any considerations specific to that fabric. Please note that when using client-provided fabric, we are unable to offer replacements in case of any material-related issues during construction. For the best results, we recommend discussing your fabric choice with us beforehand so we can guide you on suitability.

Garments

We create a comprehensive range of bespoke garments for both formal and traditional occasions. Our offerings include two-piece and three-piece suits, blazers, formal and casual shirts, trousers, sherwanis, bandhgalas, and waistcoats. Each garment is individually cut and constructed from scratch to your exact measurements — nothing is altered from a pre-made template. Whether you need a sharp business suit, a wedding sherwani, or perfectly fitted everyday shirts, we craft it to your specifications. View the full range on our customization page.

Yes, sherwanis and bandhgalas are among our most popular offerings. We craft these traditional Indian garments with the same bespoke precision and attention to detail as our Western suits. You can customise every aspect — the fabric, the silhouette, the collar style, embroidery, button detailing, and lining. Whether it is for a wedding, a festive celebration, or a formal event, our sherwanis and bandhgalas are tailored to fit you perfectly and reflect your personal style. The entire process, from consultation to delivery, happens at your home. Book a consultation to get started.

Absolutely. That is the essence of bespoke. With Turn & River, you have full control over every element of your garment. This includes the fabric, lapel style (notch, peak, or shawl), lapel width, button configuration (single or double breasted), pocket styles (flap, jetted, or patch), vent style (single, double, or no vent), lining colour and material, button choice, monogramming, and much more. Our tailor walks you through each option during the consultation so you can make informed choices. Nothing is left to chance — every detail is decided by you. See all the options on our customization page.

Care & Alterations

Proper care will extend the life of your bespoke garment significantly. We recommend hanging your suit on a wide, contoured wooden hanger to maintain the shoulder shape. After each wear, brush the fabric gently with a garment brush to remove dust and surface debris. Avoid washing your suit frequently — instead, air it out after wearing and only dry clean when truly necessary, as excessive dry cleaning can degrade the fabric over time. Store your suits in a breathable garment bag, not plastic, to protect against dust and moths while allowing air circulation. For specific care instructions related to your fabric type, your tailor will provide guidance at the time of delivery.

Yes, we do. We understand that your body may change over time or that you may want minor adjustments after wearing the garment for a while. Turn & River Bespoke offers post-delivery alteration services to ensure your garment continues to fit perfectly. Whether it is a slight adjustment to the waist, sleeve length, or trouser hem, our tailors can visit your home to take the garment, make the alterations in our workshop, and return it to you. Please contact us to discuss any alteration needs and we will schedule a convenient visit.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and a perfect fit is the foundation of bespoke tailoring. The trial fitting stage exists precisely for this reason — it allows us to assess the fit on your body and make necessary adjustments before the garment is finalised. If something does not feel right during the trial, our tailor notes every detail and the garment is adjusted in our workshop accordingly. Even after final delivery, if you feel any aspect of the fit needs attention, simply reach out to us and we will arrange a home visit to address it. We are committed to ensuring that every garment meets your expectations. Contact us at +91 98926 59707 on WhatsApp or email turnandrivrbespoke@gmail.com.
