Boulevard
A fully handstitched full-brogue wingtip double monk in hand-burnished Peanut Brown and Neptune Blue calf. The peanut-brown wingtip and vamp wrap the front of the shoe; deep neptune-blue quarters, heel counter, and twin monk straps carry the back — the two colours meeting along a scalloped W-seam laced with dense brogue perforations. Warm caramel-tan calfskin lined. Cut, lasted, and stitched by hand at our atelier.
The Brown & Blue & the Trinity 4
The Boulevard rests on the Trinity 4 last — a French dress last with a long almond toe and a fine waist. It is a double-monk-strap wingtip cut as a full-brogue — twin straps crossing the vamp on the diagonal, each closing with a polished silver square buckle, dense hand-punched perforations tracing every seam. Where our Philippe is the quiet tone-on-tone double monk, the Boulevard is its loud counterpart: same architecture, opposite decorative philosophy.
The upper is cut in a dramatic front-to-back colour split. The wingtip toe cap and the entire vamp are hand-burnished in a deep peanut-brown, warmed toward mahogany at the toe periphery under wax. The quarters, the heel counter, and both monk straps switch to a hand-patinated Neptune Blue — the blue of the deep ocean at dusk, glossed to catch light along its high points. Where the two colours meet at the vamp/quarter junction, a scalloped W-shaped seam is decorated with dense hand-punched brogue perforations along both sides — a decorative border that acts as the shoe's headline. A geometric hand-punched medallion sits at the toe.
Inside, the shoe is lined in warm caramel-tan calfskin — a warmer counterpoint to the cool blue exterior. Goodyear-welted onto a hand-burnished natural leather sole with a tan welt band and cream twisted-thread stitching along the entire welt.
