Oliver
A fully handstitched two-tone tassel loafer. Croco-embossed Vanta Black on the wingtip, hand-burnished cognac on the vamp, joined along a scalloped M-shape brogued seam. Cherry-red calfskin interior — a signature flash of colour at the mouth. Cut, lasted, and stitched by hand at our atelier.
The Scalloped Seam & the Tigris 45
The Oliver rests on the Tigris 45 last — a formal Italian slip-on last with an elongated almond toe and a slightly closed instep. The upper is a study in two textures: the heel counter, quarter, and wing-shaped toe cap are cut from Vanta Black croco-embossed calfskin — glossy, hand-polished, dimensional. The vamp between them is smooth full-grain cognac calf, hand-burnished with visible tonal variation.
Where the two leathers meet, a scalloped M-shape seam is decorated with fine hand-punched brogue perforations on both sides — a delicate lace-edge that reads as the shoe's quiet signature. Two small hand-tied cognac leather tassels hang from the throat where the colours meet.
The interior is fully lined in vivid cherry-red calfskin — a signature flash of colour visible at the mouth, and again through the top-line brogueing when the light catches it right.
